Just so you know, I got a 92 today. Out of 100 points.

I realize this is probably not that monumental or impressive to most people, but the deal is: I flipped out about this little itty bitty 3-page response paper because I’ve been out of university for five years now. While writing my response, all I could think is how incompetent, inadequate, and horribly disconnected I’ve become in my five year hiatus from living, breathing, stressing academia. But it turns out, I haven’t entirely lost my skill set. Maybe it’s a little rusty, but I CAN DO IT, DAMMIT.

And what do you know? I just did.

(Now to keep it up, so I can maintain my 4.0 GPA for as long as I possibly can!!!)
